EVE™ HT A26 is a fully automated cell counting counter engineered to streamline sample preparation and analysis. By integrating hands-free pipetting, aliquoting, diluting, staining, and counting within a single system, it delivers high-throughput performance while reducing workflow variability and ensuring reproducible results.
Designed for high-throughput cell counting applications, EVE™ HT A26 provides the efficiency and reliability expected from an automated high-throughput cell counter with the performance expected from a fluorescent cell counter, enabling laboratories to process large sample volumes with minimal hands-on intervention.

Hardware Features

After the user loads the consumables and samples on the deck, EVE™ HT A26 automatically performs the entire high throughput cell counting workflow—including aliquoting, diluting, mixing, loading, and counting.
This fully automated process allows the system to function as a walk away cell counter, reducing operator involvement while maintaining accurate and consistent cell counting results.

Fully Automated Sample Dilution & Staining

Dual fluorescence and brightfield channels support AO/DAPI, Trypan blue, and Erythrosin B staining, while built-in auto aliquoting and dilution further streamline operation. This standardized workflow delivers consistent performance regardless of user experience.
In addition, the integrated fluorescence capabilities support applications commonly associated with a high-throughput fluorescence cell counter, enabling efficient analysis while maintaining reproducibility across users and experiments.
