AccuChip Kit (AO)는 일회용 슬라이드와 AccuStain Solution으로 구성되어 있습니다.
AccuStain Solution T (AO)는 형광 solution인 Acridine Orange (AO)로 구성되어 있어 모든 세포의 핵을 염색하며, AccuStain Solution N은 PI를 포함하고 있어 non-viable cell의 핵을 염색하는 데 사용됩니다.
Total과 non-viable cell 값을 측정하여 viable cell을 계산함으로써 더욱 정확한 값을 얻을 수 있습니다.
