Article 1 (Objects) This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") aims to define the details of the Company and its members regarding the use of services provided by NanoEnTek.
Article 2 (The effect of the terms and conditions, etc.) ① The terms and conditions are disclosed and the other party agrees to take effect. Notice of these terms and conditions shall be posted on the NanoEnTek homepage (http://www.nanoentek.com). ② NanoEnTek may amend its terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate laws, such as the Regulation of Terms and Conditions. ③ In the event that NanoEnTek amends the terms and conditions, it shall be notified on the NanoEnTek homepage with the date of enforcement and the reason for the revision by 7 days prior to the date of enforcement. ④ The terms and conditions as amended by the method of paragraph 3 shall also apply to exist members.
Article 3 (interpretation of terms and conditions) ① Matters not set forth in the Agreement and interpretations of these Terms shall be in accordance with the related Act and business usage.
Article 4 (Definitions of Terms) The terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows; ① 'Member' means a person who has a membership registration by providing personal information to NanoEnTek and who continue to use the services provided by NanoEnTek. ② 'ID' means a combination of letters and numbers that are designated by a member and approved by NanoEnTek for the identification of members and use of the service. ③ 'Password' means a combination of letters and numbers approved by NanoEnTek, confirming that 'member' is a 'member' that matches the 'ID' granted.
Article 5 (Registration and Qualification of Members) ① After filling out the membership information according to the form set by NanoEnTek, apply for membership and are registered as a member as NanoEnTek approves. Contracts for special use, such as large service use, are provided under a separate contract. ② In each of the following cases, NanoEnTek does not recognize membership or may take actions such as restricting service use, permanent prohibition, or disqualifying members; 1. If you apply for a membership using another person's name. 2. In case mandatory or false entries are not recorded at the time of application. 3. If an application is made for the purpose of violating the relevant laws or conduct such an act. 4. Applying for the purpose of hindering the well-being order or customs of society or engaging in such acts. 5. Threatening the electronic transaction, such as obstructing the use of another person's nanotech service or stealing the information. 6. Failure to comply with the obligations of the members of Article 10. ③ In an application pursuant to paragraph 1, NanoEnTek may request personal authentication depending on the type of member. ④ If NanoEnTek disenfranchises a member, the member registration is revoked. In this case, the member will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to make an appeal. However, in the event that the member's reasons for imputation cannot be notified, the notification can be omitted.
Article 6 (acquisition and utilization of personal information) ① NanoEnTek establishes and implements a privacy policy and complies with the Act on the Acquisition, Use and Protection of Personal Information. The privacy policy is posted at the bottom of the website on a regular basis. ② NanoEnTek may not use personal information provided by members for purposes other than this service. ③ NanoEnTek may not provide personal information provided by members to third parties without prior consent from the members. Exceptions are made in the following subparagraph; 1. In case of a request from a state agency under the relevant statutes, such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications. 2. If there is an investigation purpose for a crime or if there is a request from the Information Communication Ethics Committee. 3. In case the member's information (name, address, phone number) is used for business contacts. 4. Provided in a form that cannot be identified as a specific customer, as required for statistical production, promotional materials, academic research or market research.
Article 7 (Exit from membership) ① A member may request NanoEnTek to withdraw at any time, and NanoEnTek will immediately dispose of the membership withdrawal. ② If a member does not reach the expiration date of the service in use by NanoEnTek, NanoEnTek will not handle withdrawal.
Article 8 (Notifications to members) ① In the event that NanoEnTek notifies a member, it can be addressed to the e-mail address submitted by the member to NanoEnTek. ② NanoEnTek can be substituted for individual notifications by posting on the NanoEnTek bulletin board for more than a week for notifying an unspecified number of members.
Article 9 (NanoEnTek's Duty) ① NanoEnTek is committed to providing consistent and reliable service as provided under these terms and conditions. ② NanoEnTek always does its best to protect information by looking for management and technical safety measures for personal information including the information of registered persons. ③ NanoEnTek will take care of any inconvenience and problems raised by the member immediately if they are deemed justified. However, if it is difficult to expedite the process, the member shall be notified of the reason and the processing schedule. ④ NanoEnTek actively cooperates with the needs of consumer protection organizations and public organizations for consumer protection tasks.
Article 10 (Duty of members) ① The member shall be responsible for all management of the ID and password. ② Members shall not allow third parties to know their ID and password. ③ A member shall not do the following: 1. Registration of false information in case of application or modification. 2. Steal other people's information. 3. Changes to the information posted by NanoEnTek. 4. Send or posting information (such as computer programs) except for information set by Nano. 5. Infringement of intellectual property rights, such as the copyrights of NanoEnTek and other third parties. 6. Damage to the reputation of NanoEnTek and other third parties or obstructing work. 7. Disclosure or posting of violent messages, video, voice, and other information against the public and the public in the service. 8. Other illegal or unjust acts. ④ Members shall comply with the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions and the related statutes. ⑤ The members shall not copy, duplicate, alter, translate, publish, or provide information obtained using the services to others without prior consent from NanoEnTek.
Article 11 (Limited Responsibility) ① NanoEnTek shall be exempted from the responsibility for providing services in the event of failure to provide services due to natural disasters or force majeure. ② NanoEnTek shall not be held liable for any interruption in service use due to reasons attributable to the members. ③ NanoEnTek shall not be held responsible for the reliability and accuracy of the information, data, and facts posted by a member in relation to the service. ④ NanoEnTek shall be exempted from liability in the event of a transaction between members or members and third parties. ⑤ The company shall not be held liable unless there is a special provision in the relevant laws regarding the use of services provided free of charge. ⑥ The application of this Agreement shall be limited to members who have signed a service contract, and the company shall not be held liable for any damages or lawsuits to third parties.

Personal Information Management Terms of Use (required)
Purpose of personal information collection and utilization
Personal information is information about the individuals, including information that can identify individual members of the company (including information that can be easily combined with other information, even if that information alone cannot identify a particular individual). The retention and usage period of personal information
